Reservation Policies
Rates listed are exclusively valid for the inquiry date. They are subject to change and will only be honored as shown on the website at time of reservation. 2 night stay on weekends required.
Making a reservation: It is necessary for you to give your authorization, written and/or verbal, to run the corresponding charge on your credit card and by this you declare to have full knowledge of our Reservation and Cancellation Policies. All reservations are subject to availability existing at the moment of your request. Email confirmation of your reservation is usually within 24 hours. PLEASE add info@atthewatersedgebnb.com to your save senders list!
Deposit
To hold your reservation, a credit card number will be kept on file, but NO first night deposit is required. All rooms are subject to a 5% state sales tax, but NO additional room tax.
Cancellation
We must receive at least a ten day notice for any cancellation and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than ten days, no shows and early check-outs will be charged to your credit card for the full nights of reservation. We accept cash, checks (with proof of ID), VISA, Master Card and Discover.
